Red Jasmine Rice (Khao Mali Daeng)
Red Jasmine Rice, also known as Khao Hom Mali Daeng, is a special variety of non-glutinous rice distinguished by its deep red bran layer. This gives the rice a unique color and rich aroma, similar to Thailands famous Jasmine Rice (Hom Mali 105). When cooked, it has a soft, slightly sticky texture and a naturally fragrant flavor.
